Helpp!!

Hi , i hace certain problems... this is my senior year since the first day of college i propose myself to have a sexy body i go to gyms, diet and all thing but simply doesn´t work , this year i really want to impress my classmates with a full tonified body , we are planning our trip to the beach is in july so i have "time" to work out... can some one help me!! at this time i can do everything i really want to have my six pack abs and a full tonified body until july, thanks!!!!!!!!!!! if you can help me making a program nutrition and exercise will be great! i´m really depress about my body . this are my measurements (1.75 mts, 75kg, 17 years) i will like to have brad pitt(aquiles) body in troy..
 
Post your diet.

Post your workout.

Maybe even create a Diary so that others can check it out.

That is what others asked me when I first came here last week asking for help as well.
 
okey i don´t have a diet i don`t have a workout but i you help me i will do a diary on the web for everyone to check out the workout programs and nutrition.. hey tropez THANKS!
 
No problem. The best part about the diary is that it makes you think about what you eat. Then with it posted for others to look at they can tell you what you could do to improve. Check out the diary section of the forums or you can check out mine at the bottom of my signature here in this message.

MONDAY: 1 cup of tomato and chicken and this 30 abs exercice
TUESDAY: bla bla bla

i want a program like that it will help me a lot THANKS
 
Theres not one program and one diet that works for everybody. Check around the site for programs, or Google them, and monitor your diet for a while so you become aware of what you eat. Once you have a routine and an idea of what you are eating.. then you should ask for help because then we will have a starting point and an idea of what you can do, etc...
 
dude even if you trained perfectly and had all the money and equipment in the world, even if you had great geans and a good personal trainer and you put in all your time in to this you cant get a body like that in 6months.

2-3years. this guys has been thru many bulking and cutting phases to look like that. still train because you can look like that, but dont think thats its easy, or every one in the world would already look like it.

In the words of manofkent, you can write a check for $150 and send it to someone. This is what personal trainers get paid to do, or you can go to the gym and get a few sessions.
