Help!!!!

im needing help in one subject.
i

i have to do some physical tests on the next 4th of july and on those exams i need to do at least 6 pull ups. actually im doing 4.
i have been practicing every day and im also having a problem. there are some days that i can do more pull ups than others... is it because im trainning pull ups every day?

could you help me and send me a trainning program that could help me to achieve my gold?
is there any any product that could help to gain streght on the day of the tests without using illegal drugs? ive heard that if i drink a red bull that it could help me. what do you think about this?

Red Bull is LOADED with caffiene and sugar. It gives you a boost of energy for about 10 minutes and then you crash. Do not drink red bull unless you liek the taste, like I do. I don't drink energy drinks on workotu days anymore.

Also, don't do pull-ups everyday. Give your back 48 hours of rest. When you do your pull-ups, do other variations of back exercises such as lat-pulldowns and bent over barbell rows. If you have access to a gym or have an expierienced supervisor at home, throw in a deadlift.

Example
Mon: 2 minute warm-up
Pull-ups: 4 x F (4 sets til Failure)
Bent over barbell rows: 4 x 8 (4 sets of 8 reps on the weight that you would fail on the 9th rep)

Tues: Off
Wed: Off
Thurs: 2 minute warm-up
Pull-ups: 3 x F.
Regular Deadlift: 5 x 5.

Fri: Off
Sat: Off
Sun: Off (Or workout, depending on soreness)

Repeat cycle only switch up your variations. The deadlift is the deadlift and the bent over rows are the dominant exercises for your back, so favor them but also have days with Lat-Pulldowns, Dumbbell Rows, Chest supported rows, and low cable rows.
