Help?

I am looking to lose around 3 stone in the next year (more after that as well). I work in an office for 8hours a day, 5 days a week, with various shifts (8-4 10-6 12-8) so find it hard to get in an exercise routine and an eating routine too.

I have lost weight before, I lost almost 2 stone last year before i went on holiday to Orlando, that's when it went downhill!! I'm struggling to find motivation this time around so I am hoping this will help. I hate running, find it boring so I am trying to do different sorts of exercise, such as boxing, lifting weights etc. Can anyone tell me if this is as effective for losing weight?

I am also a very fussy eater and it annoys me so much! I do like chicken, most vegs so I'm looking to just eat that for dinner and tea but as I said with my various shifts I will not have a consistent eating pattern, does this matter? I'm hoping to post here regularly with updates, as my weight is getting beyond a joke now!

The best exercise is the exercise you enjoy, if you do not like running don't run, yes all the other forms of exercise will help just as much as running but you need to remember loosing fat is more about the food you are eating than the exercise.
