Help!!!

I need some help please!!! I have always been a bit over weight (20-30 lbs). Recently I have lost about 14 lbs and I am feeling really good about it. The only problem is I've lost some in my chest and I feel "saggy" :( Any suggestions on how to tighten up and tone up the girls :rolleyes: ???
 
Well ur bound to loose weight in the areas where u dont wanna loose em.the right thing u need to do is ask ur trainer to give u the right kind of chest exercises so that u can get em in shape.
 
Just keep on weight training and doing cardio. There is a thread on how about losing weight and boobs. It's titles something along those lines. It all depends on you and your age. The younger you are the more elasticity your skin has. So you can certainly tighten up.

But if you are older then... well you know :)


But keep going with weights (don't forget !) and cardio and eating well. You'll be better for it.

Yep, unfortunately we all have to deal with losing fat in the chest area when we might not want to. What are you doing for exercise right now? If you're not weight training, you should be. Not just the chest, but for all your muscles. Specifically for chest a good variety of exercises with heavy weight, such as bench press, dumbbell presses, flyes are great. Body weight exercises such as dips and push ups are great too. You can also do you bench presses, flyes and DB presses on a flat bench, an incline bench and a decline bench. Just make sure to give your muscles at least 48 hours in between workouts.
