help.

well i just started to get serious with working out.. and im just a beginner. doesnt know anything about it.
I have two 20lb dumbell.. and im sure there's alot of work out i can do with it.. but i do not know except doing curls and skullbash. does anyone know some work out i can do with 20lb dumbells?

edit* o and when u do curls. u suppose to do when ur standin. or it's alrite to do with sittin down?
