Help!

My usual regimen consists of a daily 1 hour session of intense cardio.
My workout keeps me sane!
I try as best I can to diet 5 days a week with very minimal calorie consumption.

I have been a little ill lately and have been out of the gym for 2 weeks. My eating rituals consist of "whatever floats your boat".

I mean...uh...seriously...I have been having trouble bumping back onto the rigt track. Life is getting in the way. I am losing my mind.

Any similar souls out there with words of motivation ???
 
i know all to well what you're saying. i was doing fine with my training then i got married, bought a home and got a promotion at work.

"life got in the way"

what work for me was switching from evening to morning workouts. i get up, get my training in before work and its done.
