Help would be great thanks

I’m just getting into the vibe again with working out so I have a few questions. However, before I ask the question I will let you guys know kind of what I’m trying to do.
First, of all I’m about 210 and 5’ 11”. What I want to do is loss my love handles, stomach fat and build my upper body. (chest, arms, and shoulders) I’m looking for more of the power house look. I have started to run every day about 2 miles.
However, my question is I really don’t eat that much (I take medication that makes me never hunger which sucks and I know eating is needed to build muscle. Also, it doesn’t help since I’m in college so you eat pretty much when ever you have time. Of course my first question is what should I be eating and how much. Then my last question is what do I need to do in order to build up my upper body and loss my stomach + love handles. Any advice, such as a workout would be great thanks!

Oh ya my last question is the only way to loss your stomach is by dieting correct?
