Well... i sort of want to get into an exercise program. Which mostly includes using my treadmill.
But... after a night of walking around and being on my feet, I don't want to work out. I'm fine with that. I burned calories at work, I sweat..... I drink water.... I know it was a good day.
But sometimes..... sometimes a for whole week, sometimes only 1 out of 5 days, I sit at work. This really fluctuates a lot.
Here's my problem.
I never know what I'm going to be doing the next day.
I'm 290 lbs., so my hips and knees are usually sore after a hard day at work, so a workout is the last thing I want.
Even after a full day of sitting, I don't know what tomorrow will bring, so I can't bring myself to workout because I don't want to have any more pain, and I REALLY don't want to damage my muscles/ligament/tissue.. whatever so I am not able to work.
So.... I don't know what to do, other that restrict my workouts to the weekends.
I need advise. please help.
