Help with switching my routine up

Ive been on the same routine which i have listed below for 4 months.. and ive been told that i should switch it up, I dont know exactly what i should do differently im really happy with the way i have eveything now, should i just switch up the exercises between lower and upper body workouts, for example do legs chest biceps one day, change different esercises? I have no idea what to do so im open to all ideas, i have more free time now so should i shoot to work out another day for chest biceps or any other combination?

4 days a week 4-5 days of cardio 3 miles a day
Current routine:
Monday: Legs Abs
Tuesday: Off
Wednesdat: Chest Biceps
Thursday: Off
Friday: Shoulder Trapz
Saturday: Back Tricepts
Sunday: Off
 
Your split sucks. Try a 4 day upper/lower split where you're working everything twice a week w/ varying intensity
