Today I read something about benchpresses that was on a poster while i was lifting. It said to bench press bring the weight down towards your chest untill your arms make a 90 degree angle with your arms bent.
Before this I have been doing bench presses bringing the weight down about an inch or two from my chest so my arms made a V-shape.
The difference with these two presses makes up about 30lbs. of weight.
Can someone please tell me which form is the correct one?
