Help with excerise programme

Hi i wondered if anyone could comment on my exercise programme,
I go to the gym 4 times a week, twice I do a full upper body workout and the other 2 times I do my legs, also another 2 days i go on the treadmill at home, the other spare day is for rest.

My main aim is to look good big but not too big , and be genreally fit, and am currentntly in the process of changing my diet to be more healthier,

is there anything i could do to make muscle growth better? or genreally any other comments ?

your program sounds sensible. im no expert as i train for strength/fitness ( i weigh around 125pds). time under stress is very important and going till failure for atleast probably 2-3 sets on an exercise. keep around 12-15 reps on each exercise. do both compound AND isolation movements.
make sure you are eating enough eat good clean food, remember if you do a lot of aerobic training youre likely to have to eat more to gain mass.
remember to eat enough good fats and carbs aswell as increased protein.

alot of this seems obvious to me so i dont know if ive helped.
 
I would suggest reading the stickies in the forums. There is a lot of good information that can be found in them about creating a program or utilizing an already created program.
 
Continue working it out. In this forum,you will learn a lot about gaining the right fit,there are so many advices like on sticky's as said.
Just eat balance diet,a little meat,more vegetables and egg,and milk or get enough water intake.
