Help with better arms & body in general

Hey guys this is my Frist Time posting so I would first like to say G'day to everyday :)

Well this is my situation

I feel my arms are not getting any bigger. They have been stuck on 34cm for awhile(small hey :( ) lol.

I have got a Chin Up bar and two dunebells at 8k each

This is my work out
on the chin up bar i normaly do sets of 3-5 at 15 reps each everyday(is it a bad idea to do it everyday?)
Push ups every two days sets of 3 about 20-40 reps

I am prob doing to many reps or to less what do you guys think my new program should be. Also guys can you add in the dunebells for the program idea

Your arms look pretty good in the pics.. To build up muscle you should be reaching failure around 12-14 reps, which would mean add weight. If you could find ankle weight or a backpack with books in it.. anything to make it harder to do as many pull ups.. And I would suggest working the same body part with at least a day inbetween (so every other day..)..
