Help with a Mon-Fri routine

Hey everybody

I'm trying to start a decent monday through friday morning exersize routine at the gym. For the past couple of years I basically go to the gym in the morning, swim at lunch and occasionally a run after work at the end of the day. I'm in very good shape but I'm looking to refine my morning routine at the gym.

Here's what I've come up with and normally do:

Monday - Bi's + Chest (Curls, pulls up's, bench)
Tuesday - Tri's + Abs (Dips w/ weight, various crunches and core stuff)
Wed - Back + Shoulders (usually a little confused about back, military press)
Thurs - Legs (Squats, step-ups, lunges, 60 lb ruck to work)
Fri- Cardio (Run, elliptical, or rowing)

Before each I normally do what I call basic calls: a jog to the gym then 3 sets of pull-ups, push ups and sit ups

But bassically I need to know if thats a good way to split things up and what other fairly simple workouts for each body part are there?

Thanks

Dustin

Looks to me like you need a day off in there. 5 days in a row is a lot. If I were you, I'd take Wednesday off. If I were you I also wouldn't be doing so many isolating exercises, but that's a whole different can of worms.

Hey man IMO theres no need for a abs and tri day your`e actually working your tri`s on chest day why not try chest+tri
back+bi
shoulders
legs
and maybe throw some abs in 2-3 times a week.
Also throw in some deadlifts and rows.Aways making compounds your priority. Read the stickies man there`s numerous workout examples im sure you`ll find one to fit your criteria.

good luck
