im almost 14 and im kinda short about like ... five-five two... and i have not really long?nice skinny legs and i just wanna get into shape and be toned and just fit. is it okay to start now?
and wats the bestest, fastest way (say like in about a month??) to get toned/nice? calves thighs arms, abs/stomach? the fastest way for weightloss? would drinking lots of water help me also? like benefit w/excercising? and ive got like well, i used to have like muscle? where my abs are? not visibly but i could feel it when i flexed my stomach, how would i get rid of like the fat? there, how would it be visible??
