Help tuning abs program

Hi There

First of all - this is such a great sight - I only joined today and have learned so much already :)

I just need some help tuning my abs workout.

I have a pretty lean body and build muscle easily, workout 5 days a week - but have read so many different articles about abs.

My diet is good - I eat well and have greatly reduced my body fat % - what I need now is a dynamic abs program to get them ripped.

Any advice greatly appreciated ;)
