Help to build muscle mass for a 16 year old

i am 16 years old, nearly 17, 6 foot 1 and about 80kgs. I play rugby regularly in winter but i am quite slim. I have quite an old body for a 16 year old, but i am still not that big. Anyone willing to help? i take whey protein regularly and have gym sessions, but could someone post a routine and diet? thanks
