help targeting certain parts of muscle

hey
wat exercises

build the tricep closest to the elbow
build tricep closest to shoulder
build bicep closest to elbow
build bicep closest to shoulder

and wat exercises builds the front part (front deltoid?) of the shoulder... the part that starts to connect to your chest?

well, front deltoid has many exercises, beacuse that is a muscle, no just part of a muscle. Front raises are good for the front deltoids, but nothing beats good old military press and incline bench.

as far as parts of your bi's and tri's...well, not much you can do about the shape of them. You can make them bigger or stronger, but the shape of them was pretty much determined before you were born.
