I need advice????squats for a bigger butt

I have read on the forum that squats are the best work out for a bigger butt. My question is : Should you use as much weight as possible with less reps or should you use less weight and more reps? To get the fastest results what routine should I do?

lol great title. anyways, go with reaching failure around 12-15 reps. from what i've experienced & read, that's the best for size.
 
What about for toned? (I know it's been said plenty of times, but for arms i'm still confused - more reps = size/tone, more weight (less reps) = strength, right?)
 
More reps and sets, slightly less weight = size/tone.
Fewer reps and sets, much higher weight = real strength.
