Help setting up a routine

I used to play football and I guess I got used to being instructed all the time as far as what exercises to do and now that I am training on my own I was hoping to get a little help setting up a routine from someone who knows more about this than I do. I'm not in bad shape (about 5'10" 155lbs) but I would like to be in better shape and other than just getting in better shape I have a set of goals that I need to accomplish.
1) Do at least 30 pushups
2) Do at least 50 sit-ups
3) Climb a 20 foot rope without using my feet (preferably 2 times or more without stopping)
4) Run 6 miles with a 26.5 lb backpack in under an hour
5) Do at least 8 chin-ups with palms facing away
I don't think I will have much of a problem with the pushups, sit-ups, and chin-ups but I know I can't climb a 20 foot rope (even with my feet) and have no idea how to train to do so. I've never been much of a distance runner so I don't even know how hard the running part would be. Any advice as far as setting up a routine would be greatly appreciated.
