help required

hi all would like some info i am currently stuck in a rut with excercise! going to the gym 5 times a week but there has been no significant change in weight or shape most days i do 40 min cardio and loads of stomach excercises and very little weights just now and again i am the first to admit my diet not great but surely if i do this much fitness i should still be losing weight i have already lost 3 stone but want at least another half stone off please advise
