Help please, I hurt myself :(.

Ok so, I didn't hurt myself lifting weights, but lifting boxes at work. Somehow, i think i might have sprained a tendon. It's on the outer part of my right wrist. Just a little bit more inwards than the wrist bone itself that sticks out. This doesn't stop me from bicep, back, or shoulder exercieses, but i can't do any skullcrushers or benchpress. Should I just do butterflies since those don't hurt to replace my bench until i find out what's wrong and get it fixed? I plan on seeing a doctor as soon as I get a chance, I'm very busy :(.
