Hey there, I'm a 20 year old guy from the United Kingdom.
The last year I've gained 20 Kg's because I stopped doing stuff I used to do.
I've played rugby for over 9 years, I ride my bike almost every day.
I was around 80 / 85 Kg's, Now oktober 2013 I moved to live with a friend. We share bills etc.
And ever since I stopped working, Mainly because I'm too lazy to even look for a job. And even when I would find one I probably wont go because I dont feel like I have energy for anything.
Today, 2 November 2014, I want things to change! I wanna lose weight, I wanna be the guy that I used to be.
Being able to do stuff without getting tired from even going out or whatsoever.
Last may I got myself a subscription to the Gym, But I've been there once.
Because I don't like going alone.
And I always felt like I'd rather sit behind my pc than doing stuff.
I really really really need motivation.
I just googled a weight loss forum and I found this one, Maybe one of you could be the best person who came by.

That's awesome that you have decided to make a change to be more active and healthy. You need to find something that motivates you. If you don't like going to the gym, then pick something else. Join a rugby team again, or pick some other goal you want to work towards. You might want to check with your doctor as well just to make sure everything is good. That could also help find any underlying issues for your fatigue and lack of motivation.

That is awesome that you want to make a change! I believe that all weight loss begins in the kitchen. It's what you put in your body that makes a difference. Have you ever thought of going plant-based? I eat only whole foods from the earth. :) What a difference it has made in my mood, skin, health, energy, self esteem and weight. Once you eliminate lots of the bad foods out there you will see change, lots of change for the better. If you have an activity you are interested in that's even better! Sounds like you were a very fun, active person who wants to make some positive changes and I bet you can do it!
