Help needed with beginner

I am 17 years old, 6ft 1inch and around 11stone in weight, and i am looking to start going to the gym to get more muscle on me. I have around a month off college now so decided i would put my time to use.

I dont want to get ridiculously big, jus into the sort of shape somebody like david beckham is in. Can anybody tell me what sort of gym plan i would have for this as i am clueless, thankyou
 
I take it that 11 stone means 154 lbs? If that's the case If I were you I'd fill up on the protein and do a 3 day full body workout once a week. So you're basically doing a couple exercises per body part. Here's an example:

2 chest exercises
2 for back
2 for legs
2 for shoulders
1 bi, 1 tri

You could shoot for 3 sets of 8-12. What do you think of something like this?

I just got back on and every post i see is NextFit this, NextFit that.
I think the part that ticks me off the worst is the fact your spamming information opposite of anything that would help these people.
The forum is here to help people and exchange information.
Not advertise your scam.

I would recommend Moderate Weightlifting, and Cardio.
