Just joined this site 2ngt cuz am at my wits end, every day i promise mysel i-m gona start getting fit & losing weight, I start of well in the morning by doing an hours walking on the treadmill, cereal 4 breakfast and a sandwich 4 lunch but after that it all goes to pot! I'l go to the shop & pick up a large 12pk of crisps & mayb a pizza/chips & eat them all no prob, by the end of the day Im feeling fat, sick & so annoyed with mysel & promising mysel that this time this is it I'll start 2moro, but every day its the same!!
I feel such a failure & don't no how to pick mysel up & sort mysel out, Im not really that overweight but in the last year i've put on about a stone & a half & every wk I seem 2 be getting fatter, I used to be great at keeping the weight of I used to be 8 1/2 stone and I just want to start eating normal & feeling good again. and for my clothes 2 fit me again, not bulges sticking out everywhere.
I think wat I need most is some motivation 2 get going & keep going, I don't mind exercise as I do an hour 5 times a wk on my treadmill but its the amount of junk food I'm eating out of sheer boredom thats putting on the weight.any of your advice or help would be gratefully appreciated.
sorry 4 the rant but feel i needed 2 get that out & maybe have some1 2 talk 2 that understands
