HELP! My bicep muscle disappeared!

Okay i am really freaked out. My right arm has alway been a little stronger than my left, but they are almost equal in ability (or have been) Today, i decided to lift weights, and discovered that my left arm could barely lift 15 lbs weight, while my right arm could do it with ease!. I then flexed my left arm, and felt it, and the bicep was squishy!. my right arm is perfectly fine with a had muscle. it's almost like my left bicep has disappeared! i bareley notice anything when i flex my left arm. Understand that i lifted weights about a week ago, and then i could lift 20 lbs (curling) with both arms and my muscles looked about the same size. Now there is a stark contrast between the 2. What does this mean and what should i do?
 
Mate I think you have over trained. As to what you can do, keep working the left, lower the weight on the right. To build up to equal level while not losing muscle on the right.
 
i had same problem. pull one extra set on your left every time and over time, not overnight, you will even out. good luck
 
Is this serious? A muscle doesn't dissapear in a week

If you are for real and come back to read this thread can you remember if you'd already been doing any strenuous activity before you started curling?

Other than that the only advice I would give you is that curls are very ineffective anyway, why not try chin ups to target your biceps. Have a look around the site to get a proper workout plan
