Help me to achieve!!

MEASURES-Present/Goal
5km time 19:30/under 18min
10km time ?/sub 40 min
Squat 1RM 140kg/146 kg/322Ibs or twice body weight
vertical jump would like to put on 10 inches but I would be happy with any increase!
speed agility, quickness Various drills are timed and recorded each session
Body fat 10% or less
Bench press 1RM 140kg/146kg

I posted my gym routine and thanks to those people who posted back particulary evolutionX. I play basketball so my aim is for improved performance. But I go to the gym not just for basketball- I want to acheive something everyday, I aim to be the fittest I can be. But because I play basketball I make everything in the gym functionally specific to playing fitness. No-one works harder than me in the gym and for that reason I also want to acheive a physique above and beyond the norm- I'm naturally lean, ive always had a 6 pack while eating whatever I want; but ive never tried to get 'ripped'. Well now thats one of my goals.
I dont think I was specific enough with my previous posts so ive put some objective measurements- The first value is what im doing at present at the second value is what I would like to achieve in the next 3 months.

I dont think there are many people who would be as acomplished at all areas of fitness.
Now the simple question remains what do I need to do in order to acheive the above?!
 
Just looked the velocity diet up- that would be tough!!
I like the principle for a short term kick though! Maybe a modified version where I have only 1 solid meal a day? I gotta have enough energy to train and play ball and work full time!

I did it. I played indoor soccer twice a week and trained for the Highland Games twice a week and was in the gym 3-5 times a week.
