Help me shed pounds for road litter

Well, I am up just a smidge this morning. However, we had a high point breakfast of sausages and some sort of backed French toast and eggs with a lot of sweet stuff on it. I wonder where that will put me tomorrow. What do you usually have for breakfast?

My scale met me with a slight lose this morning, keeping me in the green zone. I had to limit my intake yesterday to accomplish this and was right on the edge of feeling hungry most of the day. I really need to get out for a walk but the weather is not too conducive to that. I think I am giving excuses and I should not do that! I can simple walk up and down the stares for exercise but it dose not inspire me like patrolling for road litter. What inspires you?

I am down a bit more this morning and in the middle of my green zone. Logging this each day is helping to keep focused on my daily consumption and physical activities. Do you log your activities?

Hi, there, VJ. I just read through the first few posts on your diary and was reminded of the saying "No good deed goes unpunished." Thanks for donating your time to a worthy cause. Makes me think I ought to go out and collect the litter on my road during my daily walks. I live sort of out in the country and a lot of slobs think the road is a dumping ground.

Thank you, Harold, for your comments. I was rather astonished at the comments I received when I started my posts here. However, this diary has helped to keep me focused on my weight control. I am attempting to stay between 188 and 190 lbs. I am at 190 lbs this morning. How are you doing?

Hello, VJ. I'm doing fine. I weighed 188 this morning. I've been right around the same weight for 5 or 6 weeks. I'm finding out it's true those last 10 pounds or so are the toughest to lose. I think it's a combination of getting hungrier with less fat to lose, and a little less sense of urgency when you are not too terribly overweight.

Congratulations on losing 87 pounds. That is a real accomplishment. I think the hardest part of losing and maintaining a weight goal is keeping focused on what goes in ones mouth and routinely exercising. I find that maintaining a goal weight is complicated by the things you mention but it is doable.

I am concentrating on keeping my weight at or 2 pound above 188. Logging it on this forum helps me. I am down ¾ lb today. How long have you been working on your weight goal?

Your multi post was removed as it was already posted elsewhere. I responded to it. I will be getting ahold of the admin and letting him know that you have an issue. The mods have too much to do to continue to answer the same question you post day after day. Trying to cause an uproar in the forum will get you no where either. Like I said...the admin will be getting ahold of you.

Since joying this forum I have been able to keep my weight within my green zone most of the time. I am rather proud of that. I am up a little this morning which was expected and even planed as I do not wish to go below 188 lbs. What is your bottom line?

I know another person’s diary can be boring to read and this one is no exception. However, I see it has had 1,641 views. If you think I can help you in your weight control situation, feel free to direct message me.

This morning I am down a little and in my green zone. Are you in your green zone?
