help me please design a good workout routine (im a noob =/)

So i read on the forums about i should do full body work out for the best results for working out. But i just have no clue what i should do. I don't know all that much about weights and what routines to do.i know 3 times a week, hour per session.I'm no where near fit but id really like to be. I started eating healthy actually due to the boards. its been around 3 week so far. nice healthy diet. I feel like i have more energy just with a good diet alone. but now on to the harder stuff. Trying to figure out a full body work out routine =/. id realllllllllly appreciate your guys help. I'm 25 years old,6'4 and weigh around 215 or so. im skinny fat if that helps any. i have thin arms, shoulders etc. but have chub on the hips, tummy. ( i know you cant spot reduce fat) but anyways i just want to get in shape. sorry for the long post. and i was just wondering if i could get help making a good workout routine. (ill do whatever,no matter how hard the routine is. just whatever it takes). Sorry im just to the point where enough is enough. tired of being lazy and want to get things going.

AKA sorry for the lonnnnnngggg ramble post.

so im guessing you dont know the technique for any of the lifts either? search for "Technique articles" on the forum search function, you should find a post i made with lots of articles for squat, deadlift, romanian deadlift and bench press. Read some of them.

And search "Full body" and you should find lots of templates with exercises, sets, reps everything that you could try.

There are quite a few resources available for routines, here and elsewhere. Bodybuilding.com is a good resource believe it or not. Even if you are not a bodybuilder. They have pictures and video for the 'how to' on most exercises.

So, given that..please be more specific on what your goals are. Also, it is important to list what equipment (if any) you have available. Honestly, you could do a full workout just using your carpet, sofa, couple chairs etc...

Let me know what your goal is and what you have available, I'd be glad to get you on a path.
