Help me out plz!!! Newbie ><

Hello guys. I am 18 years old. 6 ft tall. 155 pound. Body fat % is 10.5.
I am just began taking protein shake ((lean mass)) trying to gain some weight, and creatine. I am trying to focus on my upper body and abs. My workout routine has been
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
2 x Dumbell Bench press
2 x Incline Dumbbell Press
2 x Seated Dumbbell Press ( shoulders)
1 x Dumbell Extensions
2 x Lat pulldown
4 x Standing Dumbbell Curls
2 x Hammer curls

I do abs routine every second day of workout.

Any suggestions?? I have been trying this routine around 2 months..I felt my strength has increased..but I also want to increase my defintion..what should I do??...and how come my abs aint showing ><!!!

Please advise me!! Thanx a bunch!
 
you're trying to gain weight and increase definition at the same time?

it would be better to concentrate on one at a time.
 
As usual I agree with abear's thoughts.

To add a bit more.

IMHO:
You really need to add more compound lifts and you absolutely need to hit your core. (Squats and Deadlifts are great). Another element you're missing is your back. I promise that by working your lower body and especially your back you will see your upper body grow as well.

At 155 you may not have much in the way of thick abs to see. Try lowering your reps and increasing weight when doing your ab training. Make sure to keep tempo slow during these exercises.

Whatever happened to resting and recovering (rebuilding). If you're doing these exercises on Monday, and again on Tuesday, you are doing it all wrong. If you lift Monday, don'
t repeat lifts with those muscles Tuesday. You'd do better to go Mon Wed Fri, or any other combination that gives you at least one day off before lifting again.
