Help me D:

well...im 15 and i just started working out. I'm REALLY skinny (112 pounds) and i want to gain weight AND muscles. Me and my dad got a gym membership and the only times i can go is Monday~Wednesday. Like i said, my goal is to be bigger. In the gym i go to i cannot do free weights so i'm limited to running and machines. This is the first week i worked out and i did straight upper body and a little cardio ( know this isn't good) what should i do? p.s. i eat like 5 meals a day now and drink chocolate milk twice a day. What are other high calorie meals (healthy)? Also, im asian so my meals consist of steamed white rice and vegetables daily.(maybe why im so skinny? lol) What should workout shoulds i do?
