I've read that starting slow and increasing
each week helps.
Do you guys have tips?
Is five days a week good enough to develop running skills?
Are there certain foods to help runners with energy?
What precautions should be taken to help maximize
safety and efficacy of running?
Is it okay to switch between running on the treadmill
and outside, or should I just stick to one medium?
