Help In My Workout

HI I am currently in a gym. My height is165inches,myweight is 69kgs.
My biceps are 13-13inches,mychest is 39inches,my waist is 32inches.
My gym trainer has given me the followig diet:
2 eggs,
6 bananas,
500ml cow's milk,
soyabean,
Fruits&vegetables,
And my Lunch & dinner.

Please tell mewhich execercis should i do &dfo i have to make any changes in my diet to improve my body.
