To sum it up:
I started my weight loss journey last August (2007). I began at 215 pounds and by December 2007 I was about 179. Today, I weigh 175. I have never been below 170 in the past 6 months, but definetely fluxuated through the 170's.
I look better than I did in December, and have lost a dress size since then. I am in pretty good shape. I weight lift and run and am confident that what I do in the gym is paying off inches wise, but now I need to lose the rest of the weight!
I work out 5-6 days a week and consume about 1500-1700 calories a day (which may be too much)... I had surgery in the beginning of May, and thought it would take me much longer to recover than it actually did. The doctor let me exercise after 2 weeks though. I don't start school until June 30 (we can go in minimesters here) and go to the beach with my family who hasn't seen me since last July (when I was 215!) one week from today.
I get frustrated, feel like I have too much time on my hands. Should I be working out twice a day? How can I get out of the 170's? HELP
