Some good advice? Your not fat! Just keep up what your doing and make sure you are eating good becuase eating is more important than the workouts themselves. ;)

Fat ?? I don't see a lot of fat. One thing though, do not say you are doing that work out daily. If you are thats too nuch. Are you weight training at all, Sadie ?? Honestly though, you look pretty darn good.

you are not fat at all!!!! you definitly have definition. I think you look great. But i always understand the personal desire to tone up or lose a few lbs....your doing a great job...just focus more on toning thanlosing a ton of weight....i really think people can be their own worst enemy and see some horrible ugly distorted image when they look in the mirror....it happens to the best of us....but im not lying when i think you look good. So keep it up and dont say your fat...if you have a positive attitude through this journey, it will benefit you more :D

very well said....i completely agree.

First off you really aren't fat, you aren't even flabby, most women would love to have the body you have so take some mental stock first and foremost as that kind of attitude towards your body can lead to stress and stress is wel not so great for fat loss sweetie. So most important go easy on yourself, i think you have a vert nice body.

As far as your routine it needs to be overhauled.
Please answer a few questions...

What is your daily diet like (details of food, calorie average)?
How often have you been doing this routine?
Do you do the running and the cardio on the same days and how long is the running when you say you do it?
Do you have any health issues or restrictions that you are aware of?

Maybe a well-rounded program that includes strength, stamina, balance and flexibility would fit the bill... I'm sure the trainers around here could help.

i have been doing atkins diet for like last 9 months,so my basic diet is high protein/hig fats and low carb
i dont eat bread.rice ,pasta etc etc
i just eat meat/veggoies some fruits, nuts, seeds and olives
i dont knowthe calories intake but it must be 1200 to 1500
2)i am doing 100 or 200 pshups on stability ball,100 reverse crunches,100 situps, and some squats.. and now i am lifting 5 lbs weight for bieps curls 3 sets of 12 reps Daily
if i dont do DVds i run.
or if i am not tired i do both, running is ususally 30 minuts to 45 minutes
5 to 10 mph

i dont thinkso that i have any medical issue..but some times i feel that my left calf is at an angle..which makes my left leg sore if i run vigorousy like 10/12 mphs
Thanks for the input:)

Diet-
Well I am not a supporter of atikns, if you so desire I can show you numerous studies that give support to its lack of benefits and unfun side effects that occur with using that diet. On top of that contrary to what most believe now carbs are just as important to muscle gain and weight loss as protein. Denying your self of good fiber and complex carbs could be the key to your hindered results, at the same time since you have been doing it so long i do recommend if you take my advice on upping your carb intake ;) then you should introduce them back into your system slowy as to afford any weight gain from depriving yourself of them. If you just don't like those items (bread, pasta so forth) then might i recommend beans, oatmeal, sweet potatos. Great complex carbs. I can show you articles on women/men who stalled on atikins/low carb diet, re-introduced carbs into their system and saw great results. I just don't want to get to technical here yet.

Strength Training-
The 100 number just isn't the way to go for strength training. Being your goal is weight loss just a simple 3 day a week full body strength train is all you need. 3 sets of 12 reps. Try to get in good compound movements (squats, deadlifts, rows) mixed with a couple of isolates (crunch, bicep curls, leg curls)
Your routine should take about 40 to 50 mins. Doing 100 crunches in a row is just going to overtrain your muscles and give you no effect. However doing 20
in sets of 3 with focused effort can do wonders. So get a good full body routine or if you need help with one let us know.

Cardio-Seems to be fine really, you might want to increase your time a little more so then intensity. As far as the running though this may seem obvious I just want to stress how important a good shoe is when running. Don't skimp on the shoes, and if running outside alot try and run of dirt tracks or grass more than concreate if you can.
