Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I'm new here. Well, I'm in need for some help. I'm 16, about 5ft 8inches, and I weigh in at about 108.5. Yes, that's severely underweight. I have very fast metabolism, and I think that I eat fairly a lot, about 4-5 meals a day. I don't know if I am eating healthy, because I come from an Asian family, and well ... yeah.
