my measures(cms) are:
90 chest
68 waist
105 hips (it's because of the hip bone, which name I can't remember)
my activities are:
30 min inclinate treadmill 5 days per week
30 min normal treadmill 5 days per week (right before walking with inclination)
ballet 1 hour 3 days per week
30 min spinning
30 min workout for abs (but it has nothing to do with my butt, ughh)
so I want to know.....
is it possible for me to see a very good difference in my butt this spring break, if my routine starts the next week?
how long should my routine last and how many times per week should I do it to achieve this very good results for this spring break?
