HELP!!! For my training programme please!!!

I need some help for my PEP (Personal Exercise Programme) for my GCSE degree in Physical Education. And i'm sort of stuck; i need to improve my agility, speed endurance and power. my programme is 6 sessions long and all i have is interval training - or HITT - for endurance and speed ladders to increase speed.

i would really appreciate it if someone could tell me some training methods in improve Endurance, Speed, Agility and Flexibilty (besides stretches).

What is the GCSE degree, and if you are supposed to be creating something so you can teach it, shouldn't you know?

Maybe I am reading this wrong?
