Help - Cutting, I think I'm overdoing it

Hi,

I started cutting 2 months ago and I have lost around 10-15 pounds already. I was eating a pretty strict diet only cheating once or twice a week. I am 5'11 and I currently weigh 165-170 pounds. I was 180 two months ago. My workout consists of FBW 2-3 times a week. I do just a little bit of rope jumping for 10 min once or twice a week. I think my diet is at fault. Am I undereating ?

Diet:

Breakfast:
6 egg whites
Snack:
15 Almonds/15 walnuts
Lunch:
1 Chicken Breast, 1 Cup vegetables, 1 mixed fruit shake
Snack:
1 bowl fruits, 1 glass carrot juice, 1 Subway Sandwich - 6 inch double meat brown bread
Dinner:
1 grilled chicken leg, 1 bowl fruits, 1 Carrot juice

I am really concerned about preserving my muscle mass. I think I;m around 12-13% BF. I need to come down to 10% with minimal muscle loss. I do drink alcohol once/twice a week. But thats why I try to burn it by rope jumping.

Please suggest how I could improve my diet ?

I think you're making pretty good time with 10-15 lbs in two months. Perfectly fine. You'll find that the longer you cut the less your progress is each month.
For instance one cutting cycle i lost 10 lbs the first month and 5 the next and then 4-5 lbs after that.

Everyone is afraid to lose muscle mass or w/e during a cut, but the truth is it really doesn't happen to such a noticable extent. Sure your lifts might drop a bit, but once you ease back into a maintenance or bulk diet you'll get them back to what they used to be probably in just a couple of weeks.
