Help a beginner with some tips

Hey everybody, i was reading all the forums and i got alot of helpful information. so thanks guys, but i need some more help. I am 20 years old 6'2" 192 lbs. i have some muscle (not much)but i know i can have alot more muscle and tone. i will estimate that on an average day i consume around 80g-100g of protein but from reading the forums i see that i need about 80g more or so.. anyway i bought Optimum Nutrition 100% to get some more protein but i dont have a set workout plan. i just lift a weight every other day.. if i am mainly concerned with my chest, arms, and abs, can anyone advise a workout plan? here is the catch, i cant go to the gym, and at home all i have is a 32LB weight which is perfect for my bicept curls but what else can i do with what i have?
