Guys I just joined the gym and I got a good body but not enough yet , I need a training program for my first month please , someone suggest to me a one good for first month.
 
What do you want? Strength? Bulk? Fat Burn? Cardio?

Yes, it is primarily a strength routine but you will gain muscle too and being stronger can only help you as you develope.

The training is only part of the solution you need to eat enough calories per day, get enough protien per day and finally enough rest after each session.
