Start with a positive attitude, if you believe it, you can do it. That's what I have been doing and it seems to help me. Cut out all candy and soda for a start. Put post it notes on your mirrors in your bathroom with goals and words of encouragement, seeing the words and saying them out loud to yourself boosts your confidence. Try eating smaller portions, with not knowing your weight situation, check with your doctor first, but low intensity exercises and walking is a good start. I wish you the best of luck, you can do it.
