Thanks Mike. I'm really looking forward to loosing it. I heard 2lbs a week is the best way?
 
1% of your body weight is the suggested safe zone, though you usually see more at the start due to water weight loss.

skip the focus on pounds lost per week. Just realize that if you do things right you should be able to lose all 28 pounds in 10-12 weeks tops! focus on your goal of health and a lean fit body...don't become obsessed with feed back from the scale. I see too many people on an emotional roller coaster based upon what the scale says each day.
