Hi everyone! I'm 16 and from Scotland! I thought I should post up on here as i've just been on the scales and i'm 13 stone, 9 pounds
I'm 5ft 9 so i guess i'm abit overweight? Just here to learn about keeping fit and losing a few pounds. I'm going to cut down on the old irn bru and try to get some more exercise in. I was thinking that maybe 20 sit ups a night might help me to achieve my target weight of 12 stone?!?!? I would also like to find out what people think about the Slendertone system's, do they work?
