Hello, peeps,
I have embarked on a health journey since august and I am kind of gutted I just discovered this forum-- it could have been such a big help when I needed it the most but hey, i enriched my knowledge through trial and error... anyway, 26 y/o lady and I managed to go from 84.7 kilos to 72.2 currently (this was the first time i went on a diet in my life and i only want to lose 5 more kilos overall) by ditching all processed sugar and switching to 5 meals a day-portion control- calorie control. I want to keep it up for life, ideally, and not just to lose weight.
at the moment i have no interest of eating things like colas, crisps, chocolates but i wonder if it is cos i am in the "zone" and if my mindset changes over time. i really hope not, but i used to love the junk so i don't feel too confident.
hopefully this is where you guys will come in
cheerio, Irene
