I am a 19 year old looking to shape, i am currently 6'1 and 13.3 stone in weight
i was staying shape thanks to football but unfortunately that has crumbled and as a result i am looking for an alternative
i can't stand jogging or running, but any other exercise is good - and time is not a problem. when i say i can't stand it, i have been doing 1 hours jog every night for the last 8 days as i have no other option, but i find it particularly boring unfortunately...
i hope to shed the fat around my stomach and hip area and then work apon on a 6 pac, which i was on the verge of a few years ago.
I have a question i would love to be answered, you see so many guides to getting six pacs, but is any of that worth while as long as you have a layer of fat over the top - or will it gradually burn off as part of this process?
i'm not too well up on the science of weight lose and which exercises are most efficient, i welcome all feedback and i am extremely motivated to ensure i reach my goal.
thanks in advance to anyone who offers there help
