Hi,
I've just joined. I'm seeking some sensible knowledge and support and to offer it as well, especially when I hit the 5 week mark because that's usually when I give up.
I've been overweight since puberty and I've basically had enough. I've tried the usual binge-diet yo-you route, seriously doesn't work! Now I want to try the eat right and exercise method. Basically, use it and lose it

I'm right along side you on that keeping motivation after a few weeks - I get bored or I feel like I'm not gaining momentum. Holler if you need anything...us newbies have to stick together!! lol
