12week cut plan started on Jan 2nd. Had ~2weeks of warmup running and getting diet in check. Lost 4lbs in those 2weeks, even with all the holiday drinking!
pre 2week warmup: 197
current: 192.4lbs
goal: 170lbs
daily cal intake: ~1300-1500
fat/carb/prot
30/30/40 split. It is actually closer to a 25/25/50 split.
Workout:
3+mile run, 4-5days a week
pushup/crunch routine every other day.
