I am 16, weighing in at 110 lbs. I am looking for someone to help me out by advising me on what to eat and how to excercise.

Firstly, my gym membership expired near the end of April and I would like to excercise at home, but before getting into that, I need to come up with a healthy diet.

110 lbs. is not fat, but eating healthy sure would make me feel and look a lot better! :jump:
 
Personally, 110 lbs is perfect weight, Just don't eat junk food, and stay away from high carb food.

Eat vegetables before the main course.

Don't eat before bed, Usually 2 hours before bed is when you should grab a snack. Then, Brush your teeth (You will feel less hungrier when your teeth are clean then when there not).

I drink a lot of water and tea, sometimes cappuccino in the morning because it helps me through school... I might have one this morning because it'll help with my headache...

But what are some good foods to replace all that junk? are grilled chicken sandwiches horrible for you? i eat those often.
