I am 16, weighing in at 110 lbs. I am looking for someone to help me out by advising me on what to eat and how to excercise.
Firstly, my gym membership expired near the end of April and I would like to excercise at home, but before getting into that, I need to come up with a healthy diet.
110 lbs. is not fat, but eating healthy sure would make me feel and look a lot better!
