Hi! I'm new here(obviously). I'm a 25yr old college student who started working on lossing weight a year ago. I'm 5'6 and I've gone from being 245lbs at my heaviest, now down to 185. I feel great! But, I still hate the way I look. For the first 7 months of my weight loss, I didn't do any regular exercise, just dieting and walking more places than I used to. For the past semester I've been taking advantage of the gym on campus, and now it's something I look forward to. I try and make it there at least 5 times a week, and I just recently was able to do a full 30 minutes of cardio, something that I've never been able to do before
I also do strength training every other gym visit. I still feel as though I have a long way to go. If I could loose another 30lbs that would be great, another 50lbs would be awsome!
Even though I've lost 60lbs though, when I look in the mirror I still can't see it, Everyone else though can't stop talking about how great I look. Anyone else have this problem?
